Welcome to the Early Childhood Resource Center in Connecticut

We are proud to offer web based as well as job embedded resources and professional development for teachers, administrators, and community agencies serving children ages birth through eight.

The Early Childhood Resource Center was legislated in 2005, P.A. 05-245, by the State of Connecticut Department of Education (SDE) within the State Education Resource Center (SERC) to promote promising practices in Early Childhood Education. Of SERC and SDE's top priorities- high quality early education is number one.
